Mayava LLC is a Korean company, and this policy is made under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. The Korean policy published at mayava.co.kr is the binding text; this English version is provided for convenience.
Mayava LLC (마야바 유한책임회사, "the Company") sets out below how it handles the personal information of visitors to this website, in order to protect that information and to deal promptly with any concern about it.
1. What we collect, and how
The only point at which this website collects personal information is the enquiry form. It asks for:
- the type of enquirer, your name, organisation, email address, country or market, and your message.
The form opens your own email application with the message addressed to us; nothing is sent from this website to any server. We collect no personal information by any other means.
2. Why we use it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and to hold the conversation that follows from it. We do not use it for marketing, advertising or any other purpose.
3. How long we keep it
Three years from the date the enquiry is closed, after which it is destroyed without delay. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will do so at once, except where the law requires us to keep it.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, save where an investigative authority or equivalent requires it under lawful procedure on a statutory basis.
5. Processors and transfers abroad
We do not outsource the processing of personal information, and we do not transfer it outside the Republic of Korea.
6. Your rights
You may at any time ask to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information. Write to the contact below and we will act without delay.
7. How information is destroyed
Electronic records are deleted by a method that makes them unrecoverable; printed material is shredded or incinerated.
8. Security
Access to personal information is limited to the minimum number of people the work requires, and this website is served over an encrypted connection.
9. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies, analytics tools or advertising identifiers that collect information about your behaviour.

11. Where to raise a concern

12. Changes to this policy
This policy applies from 1 October 2026. Any addition, deletion or amendment will be announced on this website at least seven days before it takes effect.
